CAP makes requesting an appearance easy via phone, fax, and email or on our website. The user-friendly website is specifically designed to make requesting an appearance convenient. Simply select the hearing date from the calendar, click on the "Request Appearance" button, enter the case information and attach any pertinent documents. Finally, click "Submit" to send the request to CAP. A written confirmation immediately follows up each request made.
Our experienced staff then contacts an attorney to cover the hearing and provides them with any necessary documentation. If the assigned attorney has additional questions, they will contact you directly.
We then provide a detailed, type-written report to your office via fax or email within 24 hours of the hearing. Results can also be accessed anytime on the CAP website using your personal account. The website will show the case status, file number, hearing date and same day results. As an added convenience, CAP staff will notify you of upcoming hearings on matters they previously handled for you. Simply click the "Request Appearance" button and the future hearing automatically calendars into the CAP system!

All court appearances are priced a flat fee, usually $65-125 (depending on the State). There are no hidden hourly rates, mileage charges or court parking costs. Also, there are no cancellation charges or late fees for any hearing. Special rates are readily available for multiple hearing requests.
